Pool Technician
Run your own route servicing pools and spas across Broward and Palm Beach — testing and balancing water, cleaning, and keeping the equipment running. The Pool Tech is the face of Master Touch: our clients see you every week.
- Weekly service visits: test and balance the chemicals, skim, vacuum, and brush tiles and walls
- Clean skimmer and pump baskets and filter cartridges — and check pumps, gauges, heaters, timers, and salt cells
- Leave notes and photos on every visit, keep the deck spotless, and close every gate — the Pool Tech is our business card
- Pool service experience preferred — we train the right person with our Pool Tech Guide
- Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and respectful in clients’ backyards — uniform on, gates closed, no shortcuts
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in the Florida heat
Office Manager
Run the heartbeat of our Coral Springs office — scheduling, customer care, vendors, and keeping projects and paperwork organized.
- Answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, and keep customers informed
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, and day-to-day bookkeeping
- Support the field team with permits, scheduling, and supplier coordination
- Office administration experience — construction or trades a big plus
- Comfort with QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
- Warm, organized, and detail-oriented — bilingual is a plus
Project Manager
Own pool and outdoor-living projects from permit to plaster — schedules, subs, inspections, and happy homeowners.
- Run multiple builds at once — scheduling crews, subs, and deliveries
- Manage permits and inspections with cities and counties
- Keep homeowners updated and projects on budget and on time
- Years of construction project management — pools or outdoor living preferred
- Strong knowledge of permitting and inspection processes
- Clear communication with clients, crews, and inspectors
Pool Repair Technician
Diagnose and fix what keeps pools running — pumps, motors, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation, and leaks. You are the specialist our service techs call when something is broken, working your own repair route across Broward and Palm Beach.
- Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, filters, heaters, salt cells, timers, and automation systems
- Replace and install equipment — plumbing it in, wiring it up, and leaving it running better than factory
- Find and fix leaks, test your repairs, and document every job with notes and photos for the office and the client
- Hands-on experience repairing pool equipment — pumps, heaters, and salt systems especially
- Comfortable with basic electrical and plumbing work (220V motors, breakers, PVC)
- Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
- A problem-solver who works clean, explains the fix to the client, and stands behind the repair
