Pool Technician
Full-time · Coral Springs, FL
Build and service custom pools across Broward and Palm Beach — excavation, plumbing, equipment sets, and finish work on high-end backyard projects.
What you’ll do
- Work on new pool builds from dig to fill — plumbing, steel, equipment, and detail work
- Install and troubleshoot pumps, heaters, filters, salt systems, and automation
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and moving on schedule
What you bring
- Pool construction or service experience preferred — we train the right person
- Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in the Florida heat
Office Manager
Full-time · Coral Springs, FL
Run the heartbeat of our Coral Springs office — scheduling, customer care, vendors, and keeping projects and paperwork organized.
What you’ll do
- Answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, and keep customers informed
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, and day-to-day bookkeeping
- Support the field team with permits, scheduling, and supplier coordination
What you bring
- Office administration experience — construction or trades a big plus
- Comfort with QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
- Warm, organized, and detail-oriented — bilingual is a plus
Project Manager

Own pool and outdoor-living projects from permit to plaster — schedules, subs, inspections, and happy homeowners.
What you’ll do
- Run multiple builds at once — scheduling crews, subs, and deliveries
- Manage permits and inspections with cities and counties
- Keep homeowners updated and projects on budget and on time
What you bring
- Years of construction project management — pools or outdoor living preferred
- Strong knowledge of permitting and inspection processes
- Clear communication with clients, crews, and inspectors
